FACTORY EQUIPMENT

Imported High-Frequency Drying Equipment

Originating from Japanese drying technology, high-frequency drying differs from traditional methods. It heats the wood from the center of the slab, causing water molecules within the wood to move rapidly and generate significant heat through friction. This heat spreads outward from the center, allowing the water molecules in the slab to evaporate gradually until the moisture content drops below 12%. At this point, the wood's performance becomes essentially stable.

Imported High-Frequency Leveling Equipment

We are among the first to introduce advanced international wood processing machinery—high-frequency leveling equipment. Through balanced heat transfer and pressing, this technology flattens warped slabs, ensuring more uniform moisture distribution across the entire slab. It significantly reduces the likelihood of "warping" and "cracking" during use.

Planing and Sanding Equipment

We utilize large imported Japanese planing and sanding machines, ensuring a finer and more uniform surface. The slabs undergo multiple passes with varying grits of sandpaper, up to ten or twenty times, to guarantee even thickness throughout the slab. This eliminates waves, dents, and bumps on the surface, avoiding the unevenness risks associated with traditional manual planing.

Specialized Slab Cutting and Milling Machine

Exclusively developed by the Legend of Decayed Wood design team, this wood processing equipment is tailored for slab production. It integrates slab cutting, bark trimming, and internal grooving into one machine, significantly improving the efficiency and precision of slab manufacturing. This innovation provides a solid foundation for subsequent production steps, enhancing the output of high-end slabs.
